Basic Archery Instructor

This course covers the basics of archery which includes range safety, how to shoot a bow, how to select equipment for beginner shooters, how to teach beginner shooters, how to run a basic program, sample lesson plans, how to teach simple drills and skills to new archers. This course is for those who are willing to teach a group of non shooters or basic shooters.

This course enables you to become an archery merit badge counselor upon application with your local council.

Instructors must be 18 years of age for all NAA certifications.

Credentials will be issued at the successful completion of these courses and are good for three years.

Class Location - Mountain View Buddist Temple, 575 North Shoreline Blvd., Mountain View, Ca. 94043

Class Times - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Lunch is the students responsibility.

Class Size - 4 minimum to 24 Maximum

NO PRIVATE BOWS ALLOWED AT ANY TRAINING COURSE WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED PERMISSION OF THE COURSE INSTRUCTOR.
